The Southeast Iowa Builders Association (SEIBA), founded in 1916, is located in Burlington, Iowa.
SEIBA’s mission is to continually improve the capabilities and capacities of the construction industry through education, training and teamwork.
Being a member of the Southeast Iowa Builders Association allows our members to network with one another, continuously improving the quality of their companies through win-win sharing.
The network of contractors, vendors, material, equipment dealers, financial institutions, insurance agencies, accounting firms, and other businesses developed through SEIBA allows for the growth and development of new business relationships. The management and employees of our members will utilize the fundamental principles of Total Quality and Partnering through communication, safety, and on time performance, to make Southeast Iowa a better place to build a future.
SEIBA has raised three quarters of a million dollars to help fund student education.
In the past this has come in the form of scholarships, grants and donations.
